    Split boneless skinless chicken breasts lengthwise. Season with salt and pepper all over. Dredge in egg wash, then in seasoned King Arthur Keto Flour with baking powder (about 2 teaspoons per cup of flour). Deep fry at 350⁰ to start and maintain temp around 325⁰ for around 5 minutes.

    Very crunchy and tasty!

    You can get vital wheat gluten (the main ingredient in this keto flour) in bulk in some grocery stores for fairly cheap. Then you can mix it with whatever else you do low carb baking with. I’ve been working on a low carb bread with gluten, freekeh flour, and flax meal.
