    Here is the recipe!

    **Instructional Video:**



    • 3 avocados

    • 1 tin of tuna (drained from oil or water)

    • 1 cup of cooked peas

    • 2 hard-boiled eggs sliced

    • 1 small onion finely chopped

    • 3 tablespoons chopped parsley

    • 2 tablespoons finely chopped scallions

    • 4 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar

    • 4 tablespoons of olive oil

    • Salt and black pepper to taste

    • Seasoning of your choice to use after garnishing


    1) Put the finely chopped onions, parsley, and scallions in a bowl.

    2) Add the tuna, peas, and avocados.

    3) Add the salt and black pepper.

    4) Add the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Mix gently.

    5) Garnish with the sliced boiled eggs. Sprinkle the eggs with seasoning.

    Note: feel free to adjust acidity to your taste by adding or reducing the vinegar. Adding some lemon juice to this recipe is optional. For those who like it spicy, you can chop up one small jalapeno pepper.
