My UK friends – I found this keto soy bean spaghetti at Aldi and it is delicious!

3.1g carbs per a serving for the soy bean pasta. In the UK they don’t take fibre out of carbs like we do to get to net carbs.

Alfredo sauce (1 serving):
1/4 tbsp Butter, 1 cloves Garlic, 1/4 cup Heavy cream, 1/8 cup Grated parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Start with melting and simmering garlic until fragrant, add cream and simmer for 5 minutes, lower heat and whisk in cheese, salt, and pepper. 3 net carbs per a serving.

Shrimp is just seasoned with basic Italian seasoning.

I am going to get 10 boxes of this next time I am in the UK! I also have edamame and black bean pasta as well to try! Recipe

  1. Of all the keto friendly spaghetti noodles I’ve tried, those are the ones I like the most because they act more like real spaghetti in texture, picking up sauce, etc.

  2. When I do an alfredo dish, I use cabbage as my “pasta”. I love cabbage alfredo with a poached egg or two on top.
