Break lightly 72 g of cornflakes
In a container, put 138 g of butter
Add 60g of sugar
Whisk on low speed until the color becomes lighter
Add a pinch of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Whisk again
Add 72 g of corn flakes
Sift 174 g of cake flour + 1 teaspoon of baking powder
Add 1 Egg
Mix with a spatula
Form balls 30-40g
Dip balls in lightly broken corn flakes
Place the cookies in the baking sheet
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C / 340°F for 15-17 minutes
