  1. First time posting, constrictive criticism welcome!

    Ingredients:

    – 1 Head of Cauliflower
    – 1 Cup of Ground Parmesan
    – 2 Eggs
    – Italian Seasoning
    – Garlic Powder
    – Cheese and toppings of your choice

    Preparation:

    – Wash the cauliflower and chop it into florets.

    – Put them on a baking sheet and roast them in the oven until they’re nice and brown. For me, about 30 min at 350 degrees works. This will get rid of the water content so it’s not mushy in the middle of the crust.

    – Once cooled, put the florets into a blender or processor until they’re shredded up nice. If it’s still a little wet you can cook the rest the water out in a pan real quick.

    – Beat the eggs and mix them with the Parmesan, Cauliflower, and seasonings until they’re combined. It may be slightly crumbly, but it’s okay. The cheese and the egg will hold it.

    – Place on parchment paper (real important) and then onto a baking sheet.

    – Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes.

    – Once it cools, put your cheese and toppings on and bake until it’s melted.

Let it cool so you don’t burn your tongue, that always sucks. The crust comes out thin, but stable. And with no almond flour, it’s even healthier. You can’t add too many wet toppings, which is a downside. I serve it with a side Caesar salad.
