Low Budget Recipe: [Homemade] Strawberry Ice cream Cocktail Recipe

This recipe is very easy. You’ll need ~15 minutes to make this ice cream cocktail at home.

Ingredients for the ice cream cocktail:

1. Milk (150 ml)

2. Heavy cream (150 ml)

3. Sugar (50 gr or 0.11 lbs)

4. Strawberry ice cream powder (1/2 tsp)

5. Food coloring (to taste)

6. Strawberry pieces (to taste)

7. Plastic bag with zipper (small size)

8. Plastic bag with zipper (big size)

9. Ice

10. Rock salt (230 gr or 0.5 lbs)

11. Chocolate sprinkles

Steps:

1) Pour milk (150 ml) and heavy cream (150 ml) in a bowl. Then add sugar (50 gr or 0.11 lbs), strawberry ice cream powder (1/2 tsp), food coloring (to taste) and strawberry pieces (to taste). Mix well until sugar is completely dissolved.

2) Take a small plastic bag with zipper and pour the mixture into it.

3) Take a big plastic bag with zipper and put a lot of ice in it. After add rock salt (230 gr or 0.5 lbs).

4) Place the bag with the mixture in the ice pack. Wrap all this stuff in a towel.

5) Finally, shake it for ~6 minutes.
