  1. The photo isn’t that great—my partner decided to take a bite while I was making it so I had to make due.

    Ingredients:

    -1/2 cup oats–you can used rolled or instant but cooking time will vary

    -1/2 cup of premade room temp/chilled coffee. You can use any type of coffee (instant, drip, pour over, etc).

    -1/2 tbsp of peanut butter (I use non sweetened)

    -a dash of brown sugar

    -a pinch of salt

    -splash of coffee creamer or milk of your choice

    -freshly chopped or frozen (and thawed) fruit

    Method:

    1. Add the oats, premade coffee, and a pinch of salt to a microwave safe bowl and stir
    2. microwave for 1 minute (if quick oats) or approx 2.5 mins (if rolled oats)
    3. Remove from microwave and add brown sugar, peanut butter, fruit, and creamer

    Mix and enjoy!

  2. Can you tell me more about the coffee part? Just add some instant or ground beans? How much, when? Thanks
