–Ingredients
½ cup roasted almonds/peanuts unsweetened
½ cup pitted dates
2 tbsp. coconut flour
2 tbsp. chia seeds
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
–Instructions
Roast almonds and let it cool. Grind them in a coffee/spice grinder until it resembles a fine powder. Continue to pulse for short intervals till it gels together and oil is released.(you may use almond/peanut butter if you want to avoid this)
Pulse all the remaining ingredients along with almond butter in a food processor.
Roll into balls taking small amount of mixture in your hands.
Store in an air tight container
