    •4-6 Chicken Thighs

    •1 red onion

    •4 green onions

    •4-6 cloves garlic

    ½ cup soy sauce

    •3 tbsp teriyaki sauce

    •1 tbsp ground ginger

    •1 tbsp monkfruit sweetener

    ☆1 ½ tbsp rice wine vinegar

    •2 tsp salt

    •1 tbsp pepper

    Rough Chop the red onion, and the green onion. Dice the garlic up. Add all to the crockpot with the chicken thighs. Season with salt, pepper, ground ginger, monk fruit sweetener, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce and vinegar. Set crockpot to 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high. Enjoy

  3. I saved this recipe when you posted it and it’s in the slow cooker as we speak! It smells heavenly! I’ll report back on how it tasted in about 6 hours. 😋

  4. I found this and just made it. Reducing the sauce as we speak. I used 8 boneless thighs. I can’t stop eating the chicken while waiting for the sauce to reduce.
