  1. Does it look like it would taste good? Definitely. Does it look like it would taste better than ribeye? No.

  2. I love eating cabbage this way it’s super quick to make and its way better than most cabbage recipes I’ve known. You’ll have a healthy meal with cabbage that taste better than any meat.

    [For full recipe with visual instructions please watch it HERE](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cZl8P4r1xNw&t=72s)

    **Ingredients:**

    * 200g cabbage (100g red cabbage, 100g white cabbage)
    * 3 large eggs
    * 50g tomato sauce (or pizza sauce or ketchup)
    * 130g mozzarella
    * 50g sausages (optional)
    * ¼ medium onion
    * 1 large mushroom

    **Instructions:**

    1. Cut 100g green cabbage and 100g red cabbage
    2. Prepare 2 bowls of water, put in each 1 tsp of vinegar, 1 tsp of salt. Put green cabbage and red cabbage in each bowl to to soak and wash the cabbages.
    3. Thinly sliced 1 large mushroom and put it on a bowl aside
    4. Slice 50g sausages and a quarter of a medium onion
    5. In a small pan, put in a little bit of oil to sauté the mushroom until it’s soft
    6. Crack 3 large eggs, beat them well
    7. Pour the beaten eggs to our red and green cabbage and mix them well together
    8. Heat a non stick pan under low heat, add 1 tbsp of oil and spread them evenly on the surface of the pan
    9. Add in cabbages and eggs mixture, spread them evenly in the pan
    10. Cover and cook under low heat for 5 minutes or until golden brown
    11. Use a big plate to cover on top and flip the pan
    12. Return the cabbage to the pan, the bottom side now goes up
    13. Spread 50g tomato sauce on top, the sprinkle onion, 50g sausages, mushrooms
    14. Sprinkle 130g shredded mozzarella on top. Cover and cook under low heat until all the cheese is fully melted
    15. Transfer our cabbage to a plate, cut it up and enjoy.

    **Notes:**1.You can call this recipe a cabbage pizza/ pancakes or whatever name you like. I just love it because it’s so yummy.

    2. I have two types of cabbages so I like to mix them together. If you don’t have either red or green cabbage, just make it with one type of cabbage is fine

    3. The toppings is totally depend on your creativity. The sausage is optional, it’s not a must. Go out and try it with your favourite toppings.

    Have fun making this awesome cabbage recipe!

  3. This looks good. I have cabbage, mushrooms and eggs lying around. Might give this a shot.
