  1. Here is the recipe!

    **Instructional Video:**

    • Ground beef

    • 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs

    • 1 egg

    • 1 onion

    • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed

    • 3 tablespoons of chopped parsley

    • Salt and black pepper to taste

    • 2 tablespoons of herbal mix/spice mix

    • 1 chopped hot pepper (optional)

    • A drizzle of oil

    • 2 cups of couscous

    • Green beans

    • Carrots

    • Peas

    • Zucchini

    • Corn

    • 2 onions

    • 3 tablespoons of mustard (Dijon mustard preferred)

    • Sweet peppers

    • 2 tablespoons of raisins

    • Olive oil

    • Onion

    • Garlic

    • Olives

    • Vinegar

    • Salt and pepper to taste

    • 1 teaspoon of honey or sugar

    1) Mix the ground beef with all the meatball ingredients. Shape into medium-sized balls after dipping the hand in oil before shaping each ball.

    2) Put the meatballs inside an oiled pan. Cook inside the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 35-45 minutes. Cook the couscous on the stove top in salted water. When cooked, set aside (we are using pre-cooked couscous here, so it took 5 to 6 minutes to cook).

    3) Chop carrots, sweet peppers, and zucchini into small cubes.

    4) Put together in a pan with the sliced onion, sweet peppers, carrots, cherry tomatoes, and green beans. Add to a pan and drizzle with olive oil before roasting inside the oven.

    5) Heat some oil. Add the sliced onions and crushed onions. Stir and let cook until brown.

    6) Add 2 teaspoons of ground turmeric. Add the mustard, salt and pepper to taste and the vinegar. Add the hot pepper (optional). Add 1 teaspoon of honey.

    7) Let cook for 3 minutes then add 2 cups of water. Add some olives. Let simmer gently for a few minutes until the liquid reduces and thickens.

    8) Add the cooked meatballs. Simmer for about 3 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Set aside.

    9) Mix the roasted vegetables with the cooked couscous. Add raisins and some parsley. Drizzle with olive oil. Mix well. Serve with the meatballs in mustard sauce.
