    Ingredients

    •1 lb ground sausage

    •8 oz cream cheese

    •14 oz can of tomatoes

    •1 jalapeno

    optional

    •¼ cup onions

    •¼ cup mozzarella cheese

    Directions
    Add sausage to a skillet over medium heat, break up sausage into pieces and add chopped onions. Cook until browned 4-5 minutes. Add softened cream cheese, mix in with ground sausage. Next add tomatoes and jalapenos top with cheese and mix until well combined. Cook on low for 1-2 minutes and serve. Can be eaten hot or cold.
