-Mince 5 cloves of garlic
Cut 500g chicken breasts into bite sized pieces
Add 1/2 Tsp salt + 1/2 Tsp black pepper
Mix
Add 2 Tbsp Flour
Dip the chicken pieces in the flour
in a frying pan, put 3 tablespoons of oil
fry the chicken on both sides
Remove the fried chicken pieces from the pan
In the same pan, put 2 tablespoons of butter
Add Garlic
Mix
Add 1 Tbsp oregano
Add 1 Cup chicken broth
Add 1 Tsp lemon juice
Add 1 Tbsp flour
Mix
Let the sauce thicken over medium heat
Add the chicken
Mix until chicken is coated in the sauce and warmed
Add cilantro
