  1. Hey guys, this is a super fast, easy, and cheap noodle recipe that you can easily and quickly make on any weeknight. A good choice if you don’t feel like rice! Make sure you use thinner soup noodles as they pair better with this dish. I used wheat noodles but egg noodles also work if they’re thin soup noodles.

    **THE RECIPE**

    Prep Time: 5mins

    Cook Time: 10mins

    **✤Ingredients (2 servings)**

    – Pork mince (250g/0.5lbs)

    – Garlic

    – Spring onion

    – Red Capsicum (1/2)

    – Green Capsicum (1/2)

    – Yellow Bean Paste (1 Tbsp)

    – Light soy sauce (1 Tbsp)

    – Dark soy sauce (2 Tbsp)

    – Oyster sauce (1 Tbsp)

    – Corn starch (1-2 Tbsp)

    – Noodles (300g/0.6lbs)

    **Step 1**

    Prepare ingredients.

    Dice green and red capsicums.

    Dice garlic and spring onion.

    **Step 2**

    Add mince to a wok and cook until mince is almost done.

    Add spring onion and garlic.

    Add 1 Tbsp of Yellow Bean Paste. Stir together.

    **Step 3**

    Add 1 Tbsp of light soy sauce.

    Add 2 Tbsp of dark soy sauce.

    Add 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce. Stir together.

    **Step 4**

    In a small bowl of water, add 2 Tbsp of corn starch and mix until it dissolves in the water.

    Add small bowl of water to the wok. Stir together and allow for the sauce to thicken.

    **Step 5**

    Add green and red capsicum. Stir together until capsicum is done to your liking.

    **Step 6**

    At the same time, cook noodles in a pot for around 4-5 mins.

    Drain the noodles into a sift of strainer and then run cold water through the noodles. (This help remove starch that’s left over on the noodles).

    Give them a good shake.

    **Step 7**

    Add noodles into a bowl and add Mince sauce on top. Enjoy!
