  2. Per 2 waffled omelettes including 1t butter: 292 calories/ 3.6g net carbs/ 27g protein/ 18.3g fat

    Mix in a pourable measuring cup

    – 1 egg, (use 4 eggs if you don’t want to use egg whites)
    – 120g egg beaters (liquid egg white)
    – 1 oz cheese (i used shredded caramelized onion cheese from boars head)
    – 1 piece crumbled center cut bacon
    About a teaspoon each:
    – scallions
    – diced jalapeño,
    – garlic powder
    – bit of chili paste.

    Pour half (about 0.5c) into an oiled waffle iron, cook, repeat.
