    **Ingredients**

    * 2 cups almond flour
    * 1/3 cup golden erythritol
    * 2 tsp cinnamon
    * 1 large egg
    * 4 tbsp butter melted
    * 2 tsp vanilla extract
    * 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
    * 1/2 tsp baking soda
    * 1/4 tsp salt

    ​

    1. Preheat the oven to 300°F/ 150°C.
    2. In a large bowl, mix almond flour, golden sweetener, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
    3. Stir in egg, melted butter, vanilla extract until dough comes together.
    4. Transfer the dough out onto a large piece of parchment paper, and top with a piece of parchment. Roll out the dough until it’s 1/4 inch thick.
    5. Use a sharp knife or pizza cutter to cut the dough into 2×5-inch rectangles. Prick the Graham crackers using a fork to create the classic graham cracker pattern.
    6. Transfer the cookies onto the baking sheet and bake for 20-22 minutes until they start to brown but are still soft.
    7. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.

    **Notes:**

    1. This recipe yields 18 2×5-inch keto graham crackers and each is 2g net carbs. You can cut each cookie in half and make 36 little cookies for only 1g net carbs each.
    2. If you don’t have brown sugar replacement on hand, use a powdered sweetener of choice and add 2 teaspoons of blackstrap molasses or Yacon Syrup.

  4. This looks super yummy! I’d probably add a dash of ground ginger just because it goes so well with cinnamon and rounds out the taste. Nyum… thinking of the dunk possibilities

  5. These need to be combined with Keto pumpkin cheesecake for the most delicious “ice cream” sandwiches!

  6. I swapped the sweetener and cinnamon with a little parmesan and thyme and it made some good crackers. I had them with chili.
