  1. **Lazy Single Serving Peanut Butter Fat Bomb**

    * 30 grams cream cheese

    * 32 grams natural peanut butter (I use Smucker’s or Teddie’s)

    * Powdered erythritol to taste (I use maybe a tablespoon, which is really sweet)

    * Drizzle of heavy cream or milk of choice (if it’s too thick – I usually add 1-2 tsp.)

    * Few drops vanilla extract or sugar free vanilla syrup like Torani

    * Sprinkle of salt

    * 7 grams sugar free chocolate chips (I use Bake Believe), optional

    * 10 grams collagen peptides, optional

    * 1 tsp. cocoa powder, optional

    Mix everything together (except the chocolate chips) until well combined. Top with chocolate chips, if desired. Add more cream/milk if you’d like a creamier/smoother consistency. Servings: 1.

    **NOTES**

    * I did not include the cream/milk in the macros only because the difference it makes is pretty tiny, and some folks may want their fat bomb mousse thick. You may have to alter the macros if you’re doing strict keto and want to keep track of absolutely everything.

    * I know this doesn’t look like much volume-wise, but this little bowl of slop is deceptively filling. I eat it for breakfast very often and it keeps me sated for a good chunk of the day.

    * I realize the net carbs don’t add up to the total of the carbs minus the fiber. It’s because of the sugar alcohols in the chocolate chips, which accounts for 1.5g of those carbs.
