    – Cherry Tomatoes 7 units,
    – Mushrooms 3 units
    – Ham 3 slices
    – Cheddar Cheese 1 slice
    – Mozzarella Cheese 2.1 oz
    – Eggs 3 units

    1. Heat a dash of Olive Oil and fry the Ham gently until colored through. Add the mushrooms and continue frying the mushrooms until they have a nice color.
    2. Add the Cherry Tomatoes and then the Eggs, we are trying to not cook much the tomatoes so they can keep a nice shape.
    3. Don’t over scramble the eggs. When they are almost cooked turn off the stove.
    4. Add the Cheddar and Mozzarella Cheese and let it melt.

    * Remember you can always put as much as you want, except for bakery or pastry recipes. This quantities are the ones in the video. Enjoy.
