    •4 lbs chicken thighs

    •4 lbs pork chops

    •3 lbs ground beef

    •2 tbsp Cooking With Thatown2 BBQ Rub

    •2 tbsp Cooking With Thatown2 Spicy Seasoning

    Mix all seasoning together and rub over all sides of the chicken and pork chop also season both sides of the hamburger patties. Let marinate for at least 30 mins to an hour while you clean and fire up your grill. Heat up the grill to 300-350 place pork chops and chicken on the grill directly over the heat and cook for 3-4 minutes on both sides. Once both sides of meat have good color on them move the meat to the indirect side of the grill or to the top rack to continue cooking low and slow until internal temp reaches 165 for chicken and at least 145 for pork chops (or to your desired level of doneness. Place your burgers on the grill directly over the coals and cook to your desired temp flipping halfway through.
