    Ingredients

    •1 lb ground sausage

    •4 eggs

    •1 tbsp almond milk

    •1 tbsp salted Kerrygold butter
    •1 tsp pepper

    •4 slices Aldi Keto Friendly Zero Carb Bread

    •2 Slice of cheddar cheese

    •1 tbsp sugar free strawberry preserves

    Directions

    Cut rings from the ground sausage or form your sausage patties by hand and add them to a skillet over medium heat. cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned to your liking and remove and drain the excess oil. Crack the eggs with a splash of almond milk and combine. Add butter to the skillet, add the eggs and scramble for 1-2 minutes seasoning with salt and pepper if needed. Build your sandwich by adding sugar free jelly to the bread then top with eggs, slice of cheese and sausage patties. Cut in half or leave whole and enjoy.
