    Ingredients:

    • 8×8 or 9×9 inch baking dish

    • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

    • Chicken seasoning (see below)

    • 2 large eggs

    • 2/3 cup heavy cream

    • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

    • 4 slices provolone cheese

    • Dried parsley for garnish

    Chicken Seasoning:

    • 1 tsp salt

    • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

    • 1 1/2 tsp paprika

    • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder

    • 1 tsp onion powder

    • 1/2 tsp dried thyme

    • 1 tsp mustard powder

    • 1/2 tsp oregano

    • 1/2 tsp dried parsley

    Makes 4 Servings

    Per Serving:

    469 calories / 34.96g fat / 3.89g net carbs / 32.85g protein

    Directions:

    1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

    2. Mix chicken seasoning spices together.

    3. Chop chicken into bite size pieces.

    4. Place chicken in baking dish and mix in chicken seasoning to fully coat the chicken.

    5. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, cream and parmesan cheese.

    6. Pour mix over chicken and stir to allow for even coating over the chicken.

    7. Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes.

    8. Remove from oven and top with marinara, provolone cheese and parsley.

    9. Place back in the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes.

    10. Let cool for 3 to 5 minutes. Serve hot.
