Put your leftover sabzi/curry to good use with this paratha recipe. This recipe is quite filling due to the seasoned cabbage peas curry being used as a filling. Make sure the parathas are cooked over a medium heat so that they get cooked evenly without getting burnt.

• Water (to knead) – 2¾ and 3 cups approx.
Other Ingredients:
• Wheat Flour/Atta (to dust) – ½ cup

Method:
1. Firstly, knead wheat dough by taking wheat flour, oil, salt and water as required.

5. Cook the paratha to golden brown adding oil/ghee.
Serve hot aloo paratha with butter, sauce, thick curd/sour cream, raita or pickle.
this looks really good!
Do you have a recipe for the curry peas part of this? Otherwise it looks really good!!
Love it
I love cabbage bhaji and chappathis. My wife makes it spicy enough to peel a layer of skin off your tongue. My mum is even spicier.
