Looking for a chocolate mousse recipe more mousse-y than cheese cake—y

  1. Try half a cup of heavy cream, a couple tablespoons of dark cocoa powder and the sugar substitute of your choice. Whip all of this until fluffy with a blender or mixer. You can add small amounts of other flavorings like vanilla, almond or cherry.

  2. Whip sugar free jello with hwc and it has that mousse texture. But it tastes like strawberry or whatever flavor you use. I haven’t tried this but you could use plain gelatin, cocoa powder and HWC for the chocolate mousse flavor and texture. Add some type of sweetener. Just thinking of how I would do this if that were my craving.

    Just so you know, this is why I don’t lose weight. If I have a craving, I figure out how to make it carbs be damned.
