    Ingredients

    •1 cucumber

    •2 oz soften cream cheese

    •1 tsp everything bagel seasoning

    •1 tsp Italian seasoning

    •3-4 mini sweet peppers

    •1 jalapeno

    •1 roma tomato

    •4-6 green onions

    •¼ cup cilantro

    Directions
    Chop of all of your veggies into very thin strips (julienne cut). Next use a peeler and shave off very thin slices from the cucumber we made 12-14 rolls. Lay out cucumber slices in a row overlapping each other and spread the soften cream cheese out over to cucumber slices. Top with everything bagel seasoning and Italian seasoning. Next start building your roll ups. Mix and match the veggies that you would like to place into each roll and place them at one end of the cucumber strip and try to tightly roll the cucumber with all the veggies and filling inside. Once done serve or place in the refrigerator covered until ready to serve.
