Ingredients:
* 1/3 cup Textured Vegetable Protein
* 2/3 cup Almond Milk
* 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
* 1 tbsp Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips
* 1 tbsp Flax Seeds
Procedure:
1. Combine all ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl.
2. Microwave for 3 minutes

Just made it. Absolutely delicious, satisfying, and sweet enough. I used regular semi-sweet chocolate chips, but everything else was as stated.
I used to make the same with regular oatmeal. Dark chocolate (or chocolate whey protein) & natural peanut butter.

This looks delicious! I’ve been craving oatmeal. I think this might help with that.
TVP is a lot like oatmeal or grits. It’s as sweet or savoury as you like it.
**Basic Recipe:** *makes 3 (three) cups*
1 (one) cup dry TVP
2 (two) cups boiling water
Pinch salt (optional)
Place TVP into large bowl then cover it with boiling water. Add a pinch of salt if you like. Mix well and let it sit for 5 (five) minutes.
Mix in whatever your heart desires. Enjoy! ♡ Granny
PS: Peanut butter with a good maple syrup substitute is an excellent combination that I can’t recommend enough. PB and sugar free honey is another super tasty treat.
