Ingredients
Dark chocolate: 120 gr
White chocolate: 120 gr
9 Petit beurre biscuit
Pomegranate 100 gr
Pistachio 20 gr
Melt dark chocolate and white chocolate with Microwave or double boiler.
Put Petit beurre biscuit into the dish and add melted chocolates
Pour pomegranate and Pistachio on the chocolate layer
Put the dish in the fridge until set, then cut the bark in medium pieces
