  1. Ingredients

    Stir Fry Cauliflower Rice (makes 2-3 servings; pic shows 1 serving)
    1. Bag of Riced Cauli from TJs
    2. 1 TBS Sesame Oil
    3. 3 TBS Tamari or Soy Sauce
    4. 2 TBS Minced Garlic
    5. Small White Onion (Minced)

    1. 1 TBS Soy Sauce
    2. 1 TBS Minced Garlic
    3. Salmon Fillet (6oz)

    1. Kewpie Mayo
    2. Sriracha
    3. Furikake
    4. Soy Sauce
    5. Green Onions (Minced)
    6. Seaweed Snacks

    Instructions ~
    – Heat up garlic in a tbs of oil of your choice for 1 min
    – Add in white onion, soy sauce and sesame oil and sauté for 2-3 min
    – Add in Riced Cauliflower and stir until combined. sauté for an additional 10min until slightly crispy!

    – Place fillet in a bag or bowl with soy sauce and garlic for 10 min
    – grill or sauté accordingly until ideal temp is reached

    – Drizzle Mayo, Sriracha, Soy Sauce, Furikake over top. Serve with avocado and seaweed snacks! It tastes good mushed all together like she does in the original video but I plate it like this before because it looks prettier lol
