Crispy Crust and Juicy Fish Cutlet.

Download Crispy crust and juicy tender fish inside. It is ideal for breakfast and dinner with any side dish.

Ingredients:

Hake fillet 400 grams. (any white fish can be used)

Cheddar cheese 100 grams.

Spring onion 50 grams.

Salt 1 tsp.

Red pepper 1 tsp.

Coriander 1 tsp.

For breading:

1 tablespoon almond flour and 1 tablespoon flaxseed flour.

Process:

Chop the fish fine with a knife.

Combine in a bowl the fish, spices, grated cheese and spring onion.

Mix everything with your hands.

Shape the cutlet and coat them in breading.

Fry for 2 minutes each side on medium heat.

Transfer to baking paper or silicone mat.

Bake at 200 degrees C for 10-15 minutes using convection mode.
Enjoy.
