    RECIPE

    Grits

    1lb ground chicken

    1 cup heavy cream

    1 cup Monterey jack cheese

    salt and pepper to taste

    1) Add your ground chicken to a pot over medium-high heat and begin to chop.

    2) Once cooked 70% through (~3 minutes) add in one cup of heavy cream and begin to reduce. Reduce by half (~7minutes).

    3) Remove from the heat and add in your cheese and season to taste.

    4) Place into a blender and blend on low for about 2 minutes or until a smooth consistency has formed.

    Shrimp And Sauce

    4 Strips Smoked Bacon, Sliced

    6 26-30 Shrimp

    1 Tbsp Green Onions, Sliced

    1 Lemon, Juiced

    1/4 Cup Chicken Stock

    1) Add your bacon to a cold pan and turn it on to medium-high. Cook for about 3 minutes to render fat. Move to one side of the pan

    2) Add your shrimp and lightly season with salt and pepper. Let cook on one side for ~1 minute. Flip.

    3) Add in all of your lemon juice, chicken stock, and green onions and begin to emulsify the sauce. Keep cooking for ~2 minutes

    4) Pour the contents over a serving of your chicken grits.
