Better than Starbucks Pumpkin Sweet Bread| Keto edition

Download It’s very easy to make — just a bit of mixing and stirring, pop it in the oven, and, in under an hour, you’ll have a house smelling of sweet autumn spices and a delicious pumpkin sweet bread.

Ingredients:

1.5 cups coconut flour,

50 grams of walnuts,

Sponser

1 tsp pumpkin spice,

1/2 tsp cinnamon,

1 tsp lemon zest,

1 tsp baking powder,

1 tsp vanilla extract,

1 tbs sweetener (I use a erythritol and stevia mix)

3 eggs

100 ml olive oil, (do not use extra virgin, it has too strong a flavor),

1.5 cups fresh pumpkin puree.

Process:

This is the simplest recipe:

Combine everything into a bowl and mix.

Bake at 180 degrees C for 40 minutes, then turn off the oven and let the bread cool.

Garnish with cream cheese and nuts as desired.

Enjoy with freshly roasted coffee.

  1. Do you think this would work well with almond flour subbed for the coconut flour?
