Ingredients

100 gm whole Kashmiri Red Chili
500 ml Water
Ingredients of Chili Garlic Sauce
======================================
1 tablespoon Corn Flour
2 tablespoons Water
2 tablespoons (approx) Refined Oil
2 tablespoons chopped Garlic
2 tablespoons Red Chili paste
1/4th teaspoon Salt
Water as per requirement
2 tablespoons Tomato ketch up
1 tablespoon Vinegar
Ingredients of Manchurian Sauce
======================================
2 tablespoons (approx) Refined Oil
1 tablespoon chopped Garlic
2 tablespoons chopped Onion
1 tablespoon chopped Ginger
1 tablespoon Red Chili paste
1/4th teaspoon Salt
Water as per requirement
1 tablespoon Tomato ketch up
1/4th cup Soya sauce
1 tablespoon Vinegar
Ingredients of Schezwan Sauce
====================================
2 tablespoons (approx) Refined Oil
2 tablespoons chopped Garlic
1 tablespoon chopped Ginger
1 Cinnamon stick
2 tablespoons Red Chili paste
1/4th teaspoon Salt and 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
Water as per requirement
1 tablespoon Tomato ketch up
1 tablespoon Vinegar
1 tablespoon Soya sauce
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
Ingredients of Sweet and Sour Chili Sauce

1 tablespoon Corn Flour
2 tablespoons Water
1 cup Water
1/3rd cup Sugar
1/3rd cup Vinegar
1 tablespoon chopped Garlic
1/4th teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Chili flakes
Preparation steps
=================
First, prepare Red Chili paste which will be used in the sauces. Boil 500 ml Water.
Add 100 gm whole Kashmiri Red Chili in boiling Water. Switch off the heat and cover for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, take out Chili from Water. Cool the Chili and paste using grinder.
Preparation steps of Chili Garlic Sauce

Add 1 tablespoon Corn Flour in a glass bowl.
Add 2 tablespoons Water in Corn Flour and mix well.
Add 2 tablespoons (approx) Refined Oil in pan and heat.
Add 2 tablespoons chopped Garlic in Oil and fry till it is brownish colour.
Add 2 tablespoons Red Chili paste.
Add 1/4th teaspoon Salt and continue stirring.
Add Water as per requirement and mix.
Add 2 tablespoons Tomato ketch up.
Add 1 tablespoon Vinegar and mix.
Add Corn flour mixture and mix.
Hot Chili Garlic Sauce is thick and ready.
Preparation steps of Manchurian Sauce

Add 2 tablespoons (approx) Refined Oil in pan and heat.
Add 1 tablespoon chopped Garlic in Oil and fry till it is brownish colour.
Add 2 tablespoons chopped Onion and fry.
Add 1 tablespoon chopped Ginger.
Add 1 tablespoon Red Chili paste and mix.
Add 1/4th teaspoon Salt.
Add Water as per requirement and mix.
Add 1 tablespoon Tomato ketch up.
Add 1/4th cup Soya sauce and mix.
Add little quantity Water and mix.
Add 1 tablespoon Vinegar and mix.
Manchurian Sauce is ready.
Preparation steps of Schezwan Sauce

Add 2 tablespoons (approx) Refined Oil in pan and heat.
Add 2 tablespoons chopped Garlic in Oil and fry till it is brownish colour.
Add 1 tablespoon chopped Ginger.
Add 1 Cinnamon stick.
Add 2 tablespoons Red Chili paste and mix.
Add 1/4th teaspoon Salt and 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper.
Add Water as per requirement and mix.
Add 1 tablespoon Tomato ketch up.
Add 1 tablespoon Vinegar.
Add 1 tablespoon Soya sauce and mix.
Add 1/2 teaspoon Sugar and mix to balance the taste.
Schezwan Sauce is ready.
Preparation steps of Sweet and Sour Chili Sauce

Add 1 tablespoon Corn Flour in a glass bowl.
Add 2 tablespoons Water in Corn Flour and mix well.
Add 1 cup Water in pan and heat.
Add 1/3rd cup Sugar in Water.
Add 1/3rd cup Vinegar in Water.
Stir continuously till the Sugar is dissolved.
Add 1 tablespoon chopped Garlic.
Add 1/4th teaspoon Salt and 1 teaspoon Chili flakes.
Add Corn flour mixture and stir continuously.
Sweet and Sour Chili Sauce is ready. It is thick.
