  1. 1 3/4 cups shredded mozzarella
    3 tablespoons cream cheese
    1 cup almond flour (3/4C for less carbs and thin crust)
    1 egg
    Red sauce
    Olive oil
    Garlic powder
    Italian seasoning
    -1lb ground bison
    -Drizzle chili olive oil

    -preheat oven to 425
    -melt mozzarella and cream cheese in microwave. 30 seconds at a time then mix until combined and melted together
    -mix melted cheese with almond flour, egg, and Italian seasoning. Wet hands and mix together
    -form into a ball and place on parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Cover with another piece of parchment paper and form into a thin circle with hands and rolling pin. Take top paper off
    -sprinkle garlic powder (not a lot) and drizzle olive oil on dough
    -place in oven for 10-12 minutes or until crust is browning
    -take out and top with sauce, cheese, and other toppings
    -put back in oven for 5-7 minutes or until cheese and toppings are melted and cooked

  2. Chili olive oil is a game changer. First time I had it was in Saint Martin. They use Anguilla Chilis from the neighboring island. So good.
