My life needs some change, you have a recipe friend?
I’ve lost 80 pounds on Keto and I could NEVER find a pizza that hit the spot – until now. Over the past few weeks I’ve made quite a few of these until I perfected it. I added the ground beef and egg as a way to get more protein, but I’ve also used mozzarella cheese and no beef – and it’s equally as good!!
Ingredients:
– Carb Balance Tortilla: 1
– Butter: 1 TBSP
– Minced Garlic: 5g
– Rao’s Sauce: 62g
– Burrata Cheese: 28g
– Salt, Pepper, Italian seasoning: to taste
– Shredded Cheese (Mexican Blend): 56g
– Pepperoni: 15g
– Ground beef: 100g
– Egg: 1
Cooking instructions:
1. Pre-Heat oven to 400
2. Melt butter and garlic in pan
3. Place tortilla in pan just for a second to coat top with garlic butter
4. Place tortilla on oven rack for 4 minutes
5. Take out of oven and spread ground beef and cheese on tortilla.
6. Place back in oven for 2.5 minutes
7. Put Rao’s and Burrata cheese in pan to warm up. Top with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
8. Spread sauce and cheese on top of tortilla.
9. Throw pepperonis and egg in same pan (salt pepper egg). Once egg is cooked, put pepperoni on pizza, then top with egg.
It keeps me full all day!
