    Nutrition per serving:
    Calories: 103
    Carbs: 6.6g
    Protein: 3.7g
    Fat: 6.3g

    Ingredients:
    Cake:
    340g Pumpkin Puree,
    115g Syrup, sugar free,
    75g Greek Yogurt,
    2 Eggs,
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract,
    225g Almond Flour,
    40g Coconut Flour,
    2 tsp Cinnamon,
    1,5 tsp Baking Powder,
    ¼ tsp Salt,
    Non-stick Spray

    Frosting:
    225g Cream Cheese,
    85g Syrup, sugar free,
    50g Powdered erythritol,
    ¼ tsp Salt

    Garnish:
    Cinnamon

    ⭐️ In a bowl add pumpkin puree, syrup, Greek yogurt, eggs and vanilla extract and mix until smooth

    ⭐️ In another bowl add almond flour, coconut flour, cinnamon, baking powder and salt and mix until combined

    ⭐️ Combine the dry mix with the wet one. Mix with a spatula until combined

    ⭐️ Spray an oven pan with non-stick spray

    ⭐️ Add the batter and spread out evenly

    ⭐️ Bake in the oven on 180°C|355°F for 35 min and let cool off completely

    ⭐️ Make the frosting. In a bowl add cream cheese, syrup, powdered erythritol and salt and mix until smooth

    ⭐️ Add the frosting to the cake and spread out evenly

    ⭐️ Cut into pieces

    ⭐️ Add cinnamon as garnish

    ⭐️ Enjoy!
