Very interesting looks delicious. But I did notice in the recipe they didn’t give you amounts of spices. So I guess you have to create that on your own. I also noticed that they used (Mortadella) I guess you could use ham, sausage, or corned beef since I don’t know if Mortadella is available in the US. It is a recipe that can be expended on, thank you for sharing.
4 potatoes
•60g mortadella
• salt
• Ginger
• Turmeric
• olive
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 2 eggs
• oil
• cheese
Mortadella is available in the US. But only the kind with the visible fat chunks and sometimes pistachios in it. Otherwise it is called bologna and is usually quite economical.
