▶Ingredients (Mold size: 10cm in Diameter)
400g Cream Cheese
100g Sugar
3 Eggs
10g Lemon Juice
195g Heavy Cream
16g Cornstarch or Flour
▶Instructions:
Put parchment paper in a mold (⌀10 cm diameter)
In a container, put 400g Cream cheese
Add 100g Sugar
Mix
Add 10g Lemon juice
Mix
Add 3 Eggs
Mix
Add 195g Heavy cream
Add 16g Cornstarch or Flour
Pour the mixture into the mold
Bake in a preheated oven 210 ° C / 410 °F for 40-45 minutes
Let cool to room temperature, after refrigerate 3-5 hours
