    (Macronutrients for 1 cheese-dog)

    Calories: 558

    Protein: 32g

    Total Carbs: 7g

    Dietary Fiber: 3g

    Net Carbs 4g

    Fat: 47g

    Recipe for 5-6 cheese dogs:

    2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

    1 large egg

    1 cup almond flour

    String cheese stick

    Avocado Oil

    Pork Grinds

    1. Microwave 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese in a bowl for 1-2 minutes. Don’t overheat the cheese. (Just heat enough to melt to avoid prematurely cooking the egg in the next step)
    2. Stir the cheese, add 1 large egg and mix the ingredients.
    3. Add 1 cup of almond flour and continue to stir.
    4. Knead your ingredients with your hand until it becomes dough-like. Roll your dough into a ball. Place your dough aside to let it rest.
    5. Crush your pork rinds in a plastic bag and pour the crumb-like pork rinds onto a large plate.
    6. Skewer your mozzarella string cheese sticks.
    7. Place your dough in between two pieces of parchment paper and roll it out with a pin roller.
    8. Cut your dough to fit around your cheese sticks. Use your hands to cover your cheese sticks in the dough.
    9. Bread your cheese dogs by rolling them in the pork rind crumbs.
    10. Heat up your peanut oil in a pan to 350-370 degrees Fahrenheit.
    11. Place your cheese dog in the oil and use tongs to flip and brown the surface.
    12. Take out your cheese dog and place on a drying rack.
    13. Enjoy your 32g of protein accompanied with only 4g of carbs!!!!!

  2. This looks super tasty!

    But I don’t think pork rinds are a complete protein, so you may not want to count those towards your daily macros. Would eat this 100% anyway though!
