  1. This creamy tahini stir fry sauce goes perfectly with any of your favorite protein sources – I like to have it with fried tofu on a bed of cauliflower rice!

    14 oz tofu
    1 tbsp olive oil
    0.25 cup tahini
    2 tbsp sriracha sauce
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    2 tbsp lemon
    0.5 cup water
    green onions




    Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes.

    Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook tofu for about 10 minutes, or until lightly browned and crisp on all sides, turning occasionally.

    Meanwhile, in a small bowl whisk the tahini, sriracha, soy sauce, and lemon juice until combined.

    Once tofu cubes are browned, turn the heat to low and pour the tahini sauce over the tofu, stirring gently to coat. Stir in the water and cook just until the sauce starts to bubble, about 3 minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
