  1. Crispy pickle chips! 15 calories each. Negligible carbs if you use pickles without added sugar. Just 3oz shredded cheese + 20 pickle slices, sprinkle half the cheese into well-greased muffin tin, press pickle into cheese, top with more cheese and seasoning (i used some onion powder and chili powder), cook 400F for 8 min. Let cool slightly and pop out with a spoon onto paper towels. Enjoy immediately!

  3. I’m pickle obsessed and love these. I’ve also made larger ones in muffin top pans with larger wells, in my air fryer in silicon muffin cups and on parchment and in a dash waffle maker.

  4. I’m making a batch this very second. I added bacon bits to a few cups and sprinkled with “slap ya mama”

  5. had these before…they’re ok….better, imo, with almond flour, dredge in egg wash, then press ingo pulverized pork rinds..fry up…
