Crispy pickle chips! 15 calories each. Negligible carbs if you use pickles without added sugar. Just 3oz shredded cheese + 20 pickle slices, sprinkle half the cheese into well-greased muffin tin, press pickle into cheese, top with more cheese and seasoning (i used some onion powder and chili powder), cook 400F for 8 min. Let cool slightly and pop out with a spoon onto paper towels. Enjoy immediately!
Ooooh. I need the do this with banana peppers!
I am immediately going to try this. Out of everything fried pickles is the one thing I love most in this world and one thing I miss most.
I’m pickle obsessed and love these. I’ve also made larger ones in muffin top pans with larger wells, in my air fryer in silicon muffin cups and on parchment and in a dash waffle maker.
Looks easy and awesome! Thanks for sharing!
I’m making a batch this very second. I added bacon bits to a few cups and sprinkled with “slap ya mama”
Actually they’re called frickles
I hope, this would be very crispy. Looking very tasty.
YUMMY !
Saw these over there and made, they are great.
Brb out to pick up some hamburger pickles
I wonder of this ‘breading’ and cooking method would work with sliced zucchini?
Def gonna try this, thanks
Dang, I have got to try that, looks delicious!
had these before…they’re ok….better, imo, with almond flour, dredge in egg wash, then press ingo pulverized pork rinds..fry up…
Carbs and sugar are 2 different things
These look deceptively not like pickles
