Ingredients:

100 grams of ricotta or cream cheese,
80 grams of ground almonds,
20 grams of flaxseed flour,
1 egg white,
A pinch of salt.

Filling:

1 onion,
2 cloves of garlic,
1 tablespoon butter,
Salt, pepper, coriander, to taste

Process

Combine the dough ingredients in a bowl and mix until firm. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.

In a blender, chop the onion and garlic, then the meat. Fry the onion with garlic in butter in a preheated skillet till soft and fragrant, approximately 1-2 minutes. Add the meat and spices and fry everything together for 4-5 minutes.

Place the dough between sheets of baking paper and roll it out. Place the dough with baking paper in a baking dish. Arrange the filling and cover with a thin layer of dough on top. Brush the dough with egg yolk and garnish with sesame seeds if desired.

Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees C.

Serve warm or cold.
