  1. 5 oz cod fish
    1/2 fresh rosemary stem
    2 garlic cloves
    1 lemon
    1 oz olive oil
    1/2 tsp salt and pepper
    1 dash paprika
    1 oz butter (for slicking pan. Sub olive oil instead

    Dump lemon, olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika in ziplock bag alongside cod fish. Shake and let it marinade. (Marinade up to 3 hours no more!)

    Next oil up pan and toast the rosemary as well as garlic. Once enfused pan sear the cod fish on blistering high heat for 1 minute each side. Next turn heat to low heat and let it cook in it’s own steam for 8 minutes.

    Turn off heat and let it soak for another two minutes and then serve.
