Sweet and Savory come together in a delicious clash of flavor in this dish! Even the most reluctant of eaters will have to give this one a try!

    **Ingredients**

    2 large Pineapples, diced

    3 cups of Cooked Rice

    8 oz of Shrimp

1 cup of Frozen Mixed Veggies

    1/2 a Large Onion, diced

    1 tbsp Curry Powder

1/2 a tsp of Garlic Powder

    1/2 a tbsp of Honey

    4 tbsp of Olive Oil

    Salt and Pepper, to taste

    **Instructions**

1.In a skillet heat two tablespoons of olive oil and cook onions until transparent.

2.Add shrimp and mixed vegetables, seasoning with salt and pepper. Stir fry together until shrimp is fully cooked/heated.

3.Add in remaining olive oil along with rice, curry powder, garlic powder and honey. Stir together well.

4.Once rice as been fried and ingredients are mixed, ass in diced pineapple chunks and cook for 2-3 more minutes until everything is well heated. Serve and Enjoy!

    **Notes**

I recommend adding in the pineapple last to preserve its sweetness. If you add it in too early it might taste more acidic and less juicy than you’d like.

To transform your pineapples into bowls, simply slice the pineapple in half and cut a square shape into the flesh. Don’t cut too deep but deep enough to scoop out the flesh. Using a spoon, go along the edges and scoop out the flesh of the pineapple. Diced the flesh for cooking and use the remaining pineapple as your own tropical bowl!
