Although it may seem off putting Couscous is a delicious pasta that’s quick to make and versatile when it comes to preparation. Its quick and easy to cook, making it optimal for bust people in need of a quick fix.
**Ingredients**
1 1/4 cups water or 1 1/4 cups broth
1 cup of Couscous
Salt, to taste
1/2 a cup of Cherry Tomatoes (Optional)
Lemon Garlic Compound Butter
4 tbsp of Butter
1 tbsp of Lemon Juice
2 cloves of Garlic
1/2 a tsp Salt
1/2 a tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Italian Seasoning Mix
**Instructions**
1. Bring the water or broth to a boil.
2. Add in desired amount of Salt and Couscous. Let cook for 5 minutes
3. In a small bowl, combine compound butter ingredients. Mix until smooth.
4. Heat compound butter in a saucepan or skillet. Once melted and evenly spread, add in couscous stir to coat evenly. Remove from heat when evenly coated in butter and serve and enjoy.
