  1. It’s a shame that meals like this put a negative light in keto, because all people think is it’s bacon and steak.

  2. Wife and I started a couple weeks ago. Love it! All the foods I always wanted to eat. I’ve got a stash of homemade blue cheese dressing, homemade pimento cheese and homemade Mayo on hand at all times. And we are slowly picking away at the cheesecake. The only problem I have is that the protein macros can build up so fast. Yesterday we went for shrimp and I ate probably close to a pound. That was almost
    All my protein macros. I sacrificed and went 7 grams over so I could get close to the fat goals. Topped off the night with about 2.5 ounces of raw Peanut butter. Moral of the story- keto is awesome and it’s not difficult like other diets. Thank you all for coming to my TED talk.

  3. Quick meal:
    250 grams Y-bone steak (fried),
    100 grams thick cut rasher bacon (fried),
    50 grams sliced mushroom,
    50 grams asparagus,
    1 small onion diced (fried),
    First fry the bacon and onion in a pan(don’t oil the pan, the bacon is oily enough), you can fry the mushrooms and asparagus if you wish, fry the bacon until both sides are crispy enough for you then move everything to the side to cook your steak. Fry on both sides until the steak is cooked to your liking, then finish and serve on a plate.

  5. I’ve been keto my whole life. Except bread – obviously.
    Its just my food. I don’t follow keto as such but love the recipes because, well more meat
