  1. I highly recommend chaffles for buns for your burger and sammich needs. I make mine out of mozzarella and egg. I’m also terrible at this game and don’t measure but I do know it takes half an egg per little waffle/chaffle maker.

  2. Turkey burgers:

    – package ground turkey (about 1lb)
    – half a small onion
    – 3 cloves garlic
    – 5 or 6 brown mushrooms
    – 1/3 a bell pepper
    – 1T olive oil (more if baking instead of air frying)
    – 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
    – 1 egg
    – seasonings of choice (i did salt, pepper, and smoked paprika)

    1. Heat 1T oil in pan, saute onions, garlic, mushrooms, and peppers until soft and liquid is all evaporated. Allow to cool for about 5 mins

    2. In bowl, mix turkey, egg, cheese, seasonings and veg mix. Form into patties. I did 4 big ones so they’d fit in our air fryer. Six would probably be more reasonable though…

    3. Air fry or bake (if baking, coat pan with a bit more oil) at 375 for 10 mins, flip, and between 5-8 more mins depending on size (internal temp 165)

    For four, each is:

    2.9g net carbs

    23.6g protein

    13.5g fat

    227 calories

    Cauliflower was just roasted with olive oil and seasonings. And I followed [this recipe](https://ketodietapp.com/Blog/lchf/Keto-Cheese-Sauce) for the cheese sauce.

  3. I wish they sold that Bubly stuff here in Japan. Looks really good.

  4. I did a pound of pork with cabbage, and a few green beans. No idea the macros, and don’t care.

  5. Give bread baking wirh almond flour a try. You can make some nice buns for the burger.

  6. Looks yummy. Make sure to add in some healthy fats to keep you feeling full and satisfied.

  7. To be keto, you’re looking for 70% Fat, 20% Protein and 10% Carbs without going over 50 Carbs a day. Just something to keep in mind.
