I guess you could say, breakfast is afoot.
I am not keto, but I limit the bulk of my carb intake around workouts. So.for breakfast I focus on no carb or low carb. This is what I usually eat a couple times a week. I’m a huge fan of olives so this works great.
Ingredients:
– Two cut up chicken breasts.
– two cloves of garlic cut up or minced.
– Fresh ginger to your liking cut up or minced.
– Two tablespoons full of sliced or whole Kalamata olives.
– Two or three cut up sundries tomatoes.
Directions:
– Grease a pan with butter.
– Toss everything in.
– Cook.
