  1. Ingredients:

    1. 4 Frozen Chicken Thighs

    2. 1 and half tablespoon vegetable / Olive Oil

    3. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

    4. 1/2  teaspoon Cayenne pepper

    5. 1/2 teaspoon thyme

    6.1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

    7. 1 teaspoon Onion Powder

    8. 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika powder

    9.1/2 teaspoon Rosemary

    10. Salt to taste

    Instructions:

    1. In a bowl Add the oil, paprika, onion and garlic powder, thyme, rosemary ,salt
    and Cayenne pepper and mix well.

    2. Add the frozen chicken thighs and coat well with the seasonning mixture.

    3. Air fry at 400F or 200C for 30-35mins. flip half way through.
    Check internal temp with meat thermometer. 165-175F or 70 -85C
