  1. You can add: pickles, mayo, red onion, celery, salt/pepper, add jalapeños or chili flakes for spice. Eat in lettuce wraps or a low carb chips.

  2. Salmon cakes! Ring out most of the liquid from the salmon, then mix with mayo, green onions, an egg, and seasonings. Shape, press into some almond flour, then sear in a pan.

  3. I’ve been eating mini bell peppers as a substitute for crackers. Still get the crunch. Slice them in half and you can put fillings inside. Currently on jazzed up cream cheese, but this would be great also.
