Download Here’s a recipe I found recently (in Polish). I’ve baked this bread today and it’s great! Here’s a picture: https://imgur.com/a/icZ5OBk
Here’s the macro: 100g / 340 kcal, 6 carb, 26.8 fat, 17.6 protein
Of course the macro will mostly depend on the type of peanut butter you use
* 160g of peanut butter (I used this one which is why it’s so dark https://image.ceneostatic.pl/data/products/96545467/i-go-on-protein-peanut-butter-350g.jpg)
* 40g of butter (I used melted clarified butter)
* 5 large eggs
* 1 tea spoon of baking powder
Just mix everything in a bowl, pour into your baking pan and bake for 35 minutes in 180 C (356 F)
How does it taste ? Not as good as white bread, but better than whole grain and better than regular gluten free bread that my brother eats (he doesn’t tolerate gluten). Honestly I could eat it even without being on a diet ! Recipe

I have been making this for a while, got it from a poster on this group. It is great. The best keto bread I have made.
Wow, I’ve never heard of peanut bred. It’s quite interesting how bread can be made from different types of starters.
I bet with a slab of butter and a dash of coconut shavings, you have your dessert:)
Thanks for sharing!
Did you come up with this yourself?
