**Ingredients:**

* 2 Tablespoon Olive oil
* 1 Bay leaf
* 1lb / 450gm Chicken breast, boneless, skinless, sliced
* 1 cup Onion, medium, diced
* 3 cloves Garlic ,minced
* 3 Green Chili, diced
* 2 Cups Bell peppers, chopped
* 1 Cup Tomato Puree
* 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
* 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
* 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
* 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cumin
* 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
* 1 teaspoon Salt
* 1 Cup Cream
* 3 Cups Broth

**Preparation Steps:**

In a pot using a medium high heat, sauté olive oil, bay leaf, and chicken breast for 2 minutes.

In the same pot add diced onion, minced garlic, diced green chili and continue to sauté medium heat for 2 minutes.

After adding chopped bell peppers, tomato puree and continue to cook in medium high heat for 2 minutes.

After that, add dried oregano, dried basil, paprika, ground cumin and continue to cook on medium high heat for 1 minutes.

Add black pepper, salt, cream, broth continue to cook in covered pot at medium heat for 8 minutes

Serve this immediately with pasta or bread.
